Nathan Kosse, is the owner/designated broker for Little Blue Real Estate & Appraisal.  Nathan began his appraisal career in 2014 becoming a Certified General Appraiser in 2019 specializing in residential and farm/ranch appraisals.  Nathan obtained his real estate sales person license in 2016 and has helped countless buyers and sellers.  In 2023 Nathan obtained his Real Estate Broker license and with encouragement from family, friends, and post/present clients he was encouraged to form his own brokerage.
